Tank: Madewell | Top and shorts: Lulu Lemon

How many of you have ever heard of Xtend Barre? If you haven't, it is truly life changing.

Ever since returning home from London I've been going to Xtend Barre Provo classes at the Riverwoods Mall.   It has made me feel like a new woman. I Loved London and every single thing about Europe, especially the food(unfortunately!). I like to consider myself a big foodie and I thoroughly enjoyed all the food there, maybe a little too much. By the end of the 2 month trip I found my self esteem a little lower and my pant size a little higher than I would have liked. Everyone, no matter what size, just wants to feel good about themselves and about their bodies. After pulling out a few of my favorite summer shorts from the previous year, I found they were a little too tight. My first reaction may have involved a few tears, but with a little pep talk from my mom I decided to quit crying, and do something about it. Xtend Barre workouts have helped me do just that. It has increased my confidence, my ability to work hard, and to have a healthy mindset while working out. During each class, I feel myself growing and becoming mentally and physically stronger. I reach new capabilities and find new strength within myself. Although the classes are hard, and I have to fight the urge to give up, at the end of each class I feel powerful and proud of the way I worked. I feel like a new me. The class is motivating and allows me to get a full workout while adding a little of my favorite thing to do- dance.

Xtend Barre is a mix between cardio, ballet, and Pilates. However, you do not need to be a dancer in order to succeed in these classes. There is someone from every level of fitness and the majority of people are not dancers, and they do great!

I truly love these classes and I have loved what it has done to my body, my confidence, and my overall health. I especially love the teachers and facility at the Provo studio.  They are incredible and they work my bum(literally!) off!  And the best part is…

The Provo Xtend Barre Studio is giving away a One Month Unlimited Pass to one very lucky Chestnut Hill reader.
Be sure to enter for a chance to win!

Good Luck! XO Megs
